The VHCC has two indoor event spaces, the rock-walled Vestavian Room, and the Dogwood Room for larger gatherings. The Lodge is also located near the Civic Center.

– The Vestavian Room has a kitchen and wet bar. It accommodates standing and seated.
– The Dogwood Room has a wet bar and decorative rock interior. It accommodates standing and seated.

The Lodge is a rustic building with wrap around porches on three sides and a parking lot separate from the rest of the Civic Center and Wald Park complex. Includes a kitchen and wet bar, large fire place, large rest rooms/ dressing rooms, and a small side room. It accommodates 295 standing and 200 seated.
