The Pabellon features slow cooked shredded beef, Jazmin rice, seasoned black beans and ripe plantains. The Asado is an eye round roast with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. The Cachapas meal consists of sweet corn pancakes stuffed with cheese and drizzled with crema. The Luna Burger features a marinated ground beef patty along with bacon, cheese, fried egg and avocado.
