The mission of the Levite Jewish Community Center is to enhance Jewish identity by providing programs and activities that promote cultural enrichment, cultivate educational development and provide for the well-being of its members. It is housed in a beautiful facility on 70 wooded acres. Exhibitions are rotated in the Art Gallery about every six weeks. Monday-Thursday 5:15am-9pm; Friday 5:15am-5pm; Saturday Noon-5pm and Sunday 6:30am-6pm. Theatre LJCC, formed in 1954 by Irving Stern, is a non-profit arts organization striving to provide Birmingham with top notch family entertainment.
