Iz the Place, a division of Everything Iz, is our new private party venue that features a large banquet facility, a beautiful cocktail lobby for receptions, a warehouse lounge, as well as an executive board room for board meetings and small gatherings. It also features a large kitchen used for cooking classes and chef’s table dinners. Our capacity is 250 guests.
