The expansion into Birmingham marks an exciting milestone for Dillard’s Chophouse as it prepares to bring its signature fine dining experience to a new audience.

Dillard’s Chophouse, known for its premium steak dishes, comprehensive wine list, and exceptional service, will occupy a prime location within The Westin Birmingham. The new dining room, designed to accommodate up to 120 guests, will offer a sophisticated ambiance suitable for both intimate gatherings and large groups.
