For the second straight year, Highlands Bar & Grill was named to Eater’s list of 38 Essential American Restaurants. It’s an accolade that gets added to a long list of praise for the Frank Stitt-owned restaurant – including two James Beard awards earlier this year for Outstanding Restaurant and Outstanding Pastry Chef.
