With Birmingham’s Sidewalk Film Festival just around the corner, event organizers have released a complete schedule for the festival, set for August 28-30. Go to Sidewalk Film Festival 2018 and spend some time watching trailers for the amazing lineup of this year’s films. Indie movie topics cover everything from lost limbs to lost loves and much in between. Among the films to be screened is “Haze,” a narrative about a college freshman’s desire to join the best fraternity on campus and his disillusionment once he encounters brutal hazing events. “Applesauce” is about the repercussions of admitting to the “worst thing you’ve ever done.” “Q: Alabama Barbecue Legends” is a delicious documentary that’s pretty much self-explanatory.
