It was a festive occasion complete with champagne and doves in flight as owners of the Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook cut the ribbon for opening. The luxury boutique hotel is in the heart of the posh Birmingham suburb of Mountain Brook. The 100-room property is Kessler Enterprise Inc.’s first hotel in Alabama and includes a number of high-end amenities new to lodging in the area. The Grand Bohemian offers cooking and wine blending classes and has a full-service spa, along with a rooftop bar and restaurant. Birmingham chef Clif Holt, who also owns Little Savannah restaurant, oversees the farm-to-table dining.
