Museum quality racing cars of all marques will take to the track at Barber Motorsports Park May 15-17 in an inaugural event. Championship cars from Formula One, Can AM and Trans Am and racing vehicles from the early days of the sport through the 1980s will be on the track and on display. Sports car clubs from around the region will also be on hand displaying their automobiles. The event is patterned after the Barber Vintage Festival, now in its 10th year, which features races and displays with historic motorcycles. The world famous Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, housing the world’s largest collection of vintage motorcycles and one of the largest Lotus racing car collections, will be open during the event. www.barbermotorsports.com
